Why you think I want to tone down the power consumption as much as possible?
I'll probably even pull half or more of the RAM out. I just want to play
with a Quad-Processor system.

The latest Celerons look pretty good, and the PPro itself is very good.
Besides a PPro is better than a PII! It's just been left behind in the
dust by the newer processors.
