The small HP flatbed plotters turn up here in local auctions quite often.
Email me off list if you have anything specific you are looking for. I
don't know what it would take (or if it would be worthwhile) to ship one
overseas tho. IIRC the smaller ones use a brick supply, so to operate the
plotter on 240V, a replacement or custom supply would be required.
