  He is in MD.
  I've gotten a bunch of private replies from people who have dealt with
him, and like him. I was sure it was exactly as he said, just a
shipping screwup. I can live with that, I do it all the time. It's
really nice to deal with somebody who thinks they should be responsible
for their mistake.
  What a freakin concept.
