Basic GIGI usage

In Online mode all characters typed go out to the
serial port and all characters displayed come in
from the serial port. If you get the online light to turn
off, then you should see the characters you type.
If there is a button labelled "SetUp" then that should
be the way to changing the configuration, such as
going from "online" to this "local" mode.
