Well, currently, as far as I can tell, nothing is happening on CCTECH
because everyone is waiting for the the list split to start working in the
way intended. But CCTECH will be pointless until one of the previously
described methods is implemented to make sure CCTECH subscribers are
seeing all on-topic messages.
