It should, although with most telephones polarity doesn't make a bit of
difference, so check first. Just put the two ends next to each other, you
should be able to see if the colors are swapped on each end or not. If
you can't tell, and you have a flat cable, straighten in out. If both
ends are on the same way, it's crossed-over, if not, it's straight thru:
