2708 Programming Algorithm?

The algorithm is spelled out in the datasheet at that URL I posted early
today. It's not rocket science.

the 8080 and 8708 both use TTL inputs and outputs. Even the 8008 was TTL. The
4004 used negative voltages to indicate a logic 1. I'm not sure about the
4040.
