2708 Programming Algorithm?

   Someone may have already called you on this one but in case they haven't the 8080 and 8708 both use TTL inputs and outputs. Even the 8008 was TTL. The 4004 used negative voltages to indicate a logic 1. I'm not sure about the 4040.
