HP2000 and old archive stuff NOT on 9-track (apple2 transfer??)??

I am leaning towards ADT for the transfer.

Looking at apple oasis, I see the disk manager tool.

How do I use it to copy a file from an apple disk image out to a text
file in windows? I see references to
converters and associations, but I can't find a good document that
explains how to get the data moved.

For example, a sample HELLO program. How do I get it to reside in a
windows file that I can open with notepad?

thanks!
