It doesn't say, but wouldn't a fast blowing fuse make more sense? It's
on the main power coming into the laserdisc player. I don't have a
schematic.

It flashes brightly, that's all. The new .75 amp fuses I bought are
just a little wire (glass fuse) that melts. The original 2amp fuse is
sort of black and brown, so I can't see inside anymore.
