Are you trying to use one of these do to Reverse LAT? The DECserver 90L+ is a nice little terminal server, but sadly it only supports plain LAT. I've used mine to connect to TOPS-10, RSX-11M, and OpenVMS.
I forget which model, but I believe one of the 90's supports both Reverse LAT and Telnet.
