Sadly, I don't have a helpful answer for you here.

I know that getting microfiche scanned has come up on the list in the
past. How much does a good quality microfiche scanner cost--either new
or used? What are some makes and models of better scanners (or at least
scanners that would be suitable for digitizing computer documentation?)
