Seen at swapmeet, should I or shouldn't I?

At the Cal Poly Pomona swapmeet today a guy had a TI computer, the little
silver console, I forget the number, maybe 99/4 or something 4, an Odessy2,
and a box of a dozen or so Intellivision carts. Was this somethiing I
should have grabbed for $30? Talking to him it sounds like this is just
some misc remains, that he sold the "good" stuff, intellivison controller
overlays etc. last swapmeet. No controllers or power supplies for what he
had this time.
