VCF East in 2004?

I would love for RCS to host something, but I've been to their location and
you barely have enough room to squeeze by the desks, that place is filled to
the gills with equipment, but it could only hold about 20 people lined side
by side shoulder to shoulder with no room for passing around someone else.
