VCF East in 2004?

We share the same problem with RCS, although things do seem to be
improving. We ahve moved out of all the storage lockers, and now have
reasonable warehouse space. We plan to close out millsite over the next
year, and hope to expand in the warehouse area, although that is several
months away and dependent on the good graces of the EDC.
