PAL RGB on Cub monitors

Hi Alan,

I haven't come across a CUB monitor that accepted SCART, particularly the
cube style (ie 1431 TTL and 3000 RGB), but that doesn't mean to say they
didn't exist. The only monitor from that era I've come across that had SCART
was the good ol' Philips CM8833.

cheers
