VCF UK? (was Re: VCF West hotel)

The main hall would need to be about a minimum of 150m^2 (1600ft^2) with
an adjoining hall that can hold around 50 people in lecture style seating
arrangement.

Preferably, it would be near a large population center with good public
transit, and cheap ;)
