They suck out the peanut oil to sell it at a higher price
than the hydrogenated soybean, cottonseed or canola oil
they substitute in order to keep it solid at room temperature.
Real peanut butter separates on its own, requiring you
to stir it before consumption when you return from the store.
So it's also about laziness.
