I saw a few people moaning that their lk201 does not have an esc key,
I have one connected to a vt320 and is has an esc key on F11. It works
for me i've got it connected to a dec server 300 and it works under
solairs, bsd and vms. I haven't changed any settings on it since I
reset it to factory defaults.
