The model 60 is very limited in its device support, and has long since had zero support from Data I/O.
If you're serious about getting a decent device programmer, there's a couple of Unisites up for auction on E-pay at the moment. Just do a search for "Data I/O -(sony,memory,stick)" (Exactly as it looks, complete with parentheses but without the quotes), and you'll turn them up.
If you do end up getting a Unisite, get back in touch with me. I can be of further help in getting it going.
