But that is singular possessive, is it not :-)

Seriously, this is one of those "defend your trademark or
lose it" things; they need to show that they tried to stop
you turning their trademark into a generic name (like
hoover or any of a dozen other examples). I don't think they
can force *you* to comply (although they can certainly sue
you into oblivion for exsiting or whatever it is that DMCA
prevents you from doing).

It's your site not SGI's. Can they really force you to
say these things (no big deal if they can, and probably
no big deal for you to say them ... but even so, can
they legally force you to comply?)
