I heard a demo on NPR's Marketplace a few weeks back and the quality is
good. There's a noticeable difference between a "real" phone circuit and
a vonage connection, but it's negligible, and there wasn't any latency
that I could detect.
Dropouts still seem to be a problem, but for what it is, I think it's
worth it for at least home service.
