KDJ-11A won't run

Removing it didn't seem to make any difference, and that's where it was
when I got it.
I don't think it's a BA23 cabinet. It's not got RX50s, and it has a
small control panel with a keyswitch, three LEDs and three toggle
switches. I can't remember the name of the manufacturer (not DEC), but
there's a silver sticky label inside it on the left side. I'm nowhere
near it right now or I'd check.
