DEC 11/45 switches needed

Most usually it's the plastic parts that "disintegrate". I've replaced
over a dozen of these now (on various 11/40, 11/45 and 11/70 front
panels) and in 90% of the cases the platic part of the switch has broken
into numerous parts. Looking at the construction of the switches
doesn't inspire confidence in being able to do any sort of repair of the
switch itself.

And for those of you wondering, my supply of switches comes from "scrap"
front panels. Because of this, I'm getting *really* good at removing
the switch covers and unsoldering the switches without damaging either
(ie my transplants have been 100% successfull so far).
