   Forward Looking Infrared Reciever. It's the device that let you see at
night. These are sensative enough to see body heat or even the heat
generated by air friction of a moving aircraft. Sensativity is WELL under 1
degree. This is the same FLIR used on the Apache helicopters but with a
different field of view. You've probably seen on TV what they can do. But
to really appreciate what they can do you have to wait till a woman walks
in front of one :-)
