Some of my HPs have all of those, _and_ (x ROOT y) and 1/x y^x (it's an
RPN machine...) do not always give the same answer. No, not a bug, the
former gives the real root if possible, the latter gives the principle
value (which may well be a complex number).

I find I can't use anything but an RPN calculator now. It's just so much
simpler once you've learnt it. That's why I have a few dozen HPs (LED and
LCD models).
