Booting real RT11 on a Heath H-11

I seem to remember that if you configure RT11 with the RL11 handler
(DL.SYS IIRC) and boot that (e.g. from RX01 floppies) you can then do a
BOOT /FOREIGN DL0: to boot the RLs.

Or of course you should be able to type in the RL02 bootstrap using
console ODT, but that becomes a right pain fast!
