So those DRAMS are 44256s? That's what the A2091 takes, 256Kx4.
Speed is not a problem - 150ns is fast enough, but ISTR 120ns was
more commonly available by the time 1Mbit chips were ordinary, and
I think they were available as fast as 80ns in DIP packages.
