golden handcuffs - good health coverage, tenure, in a market where
jobs are scarce and often not stable; and about 5 more years to go until
retirement with health coverage at about 2/3 of my pay
... and no matter how frustrating and annoying the administation is,
the students are good, and that makes it all worthwhile.
