I remember there being a circuit for this in 'Electronics -- The Maplin
Magazine' <mumble> years ago. IIRC, it was mostly discrete components, I
don't remember there being any ICs.

I can try to find the article, I should have it somewhere. I know I don't
have the PCBm, though.

This is a ciecuit to convert the bit-banged serial port on the user port
connector to RS232 levels. I assume that's what you're looking for.
