Sometimes you can get Xeltec Refurb units for under $200USD - They
generally only support PeeCees, and some of these may only work in DOS mode
(like mine) -- but if that's no problem, they're decent programmers at a
decent price...

The 'Z' is supported from DOS thru Winders XP.
I think I paid $160USD for my 'L' Programmer. It's not "open source" but
they still have the software available for it on their website, so support
is better than some places...
