The 1631 operator's manual is on Bitsavers:

The 1631 is a 1630 with a digital oscilliscope. Most of it is
the same as the 1630, so the 1631 operator's manual should be useful.
The 1631 didn't have a "G" variant (65 digital channels, IIRC) because the
board position used on the 1630G for those channels is occupied by the
digital scope board in the 1631.
