I have an operating manual for the 1630G.
I could make a photocopy of it if you need it.

A service manual for the 1630 series sold on eBay
just yesterday! I put in a good bid on it, but it
went for around $57 I believe. I'd be interested
in a copy of the service manual myself, as well
as a user's manual for the 1631G (with analog
inputs).
