DOS/Win3.X Text Editors

Once upon a time I had the "Let's C" package, it included the
source for a micro-emacs. It was a pre-ansi C compiler, and
it came on 2 5" floppies for DOS. I don't have that anymore
but here's a source for one.

There was a big war between Micro-emacs and Semware's Q edit
in my own mind, finally Qedit won at the time because it
did had a mode where you could draw out line characters with
the cursor keys
