Hi
I've seen a couple of double disk systems that were working
flaky that had too many terminators. Romoving the excess
made things work better.
One of the issue with plugging too many things into a
line is that each stub causes reflections, even on a
short buss. There is not only the issue of unterminated
reflections but also non-linear loads caused by Miller feedback.
I would guess this is why the still recommend termination
with a lot of loads connected.
