ABOUT TIME! This can only be good for HP IMO. But only time will tell
if HP can ever overcome the damage that she's done to this once outstanding
company!
Reasons: Her purchase of a dying computer company (Compaq). Her wholesale
layoff of numerous employees to finally reach the financial goals that were
supposed to be reached by the HP/Compaq merger. Her splitting of HP into
two companies and throwing away the reputation and customer loyalty by
renaming one company Agilent. (what the hell is an agilent anyway?)
Carly might have been great selling soda pop or some other product but
she didn't know beans about running an engineering company!
