Take pictures, for your case, by gosh.
My first expectation is that the seller would give a *full
refund without hesitation*. Then you go to the arbiters.
The statement 'carefully packed' seems to have no basis
in fact. After all that's done, half a terminal is better than
none, you have just parts now.
