VAX/VMS disk cloning

Unfortunatly the only system I've ever had running that old of a version had
the disk die before I could think about backing it up (it booted once). I
clone disks on my modern systems using BACKUP. You'll want to boot from a
stand alone backup tape and hopefully you can do the following:

BACKUP/IMAGE/VERIFY/NOINITIALIZE from: to:

At least I assume this will work in V4.x, but I don't have any doc's handy,
as they're all buried in storage.
