PDP-8/L - fire hazard?

As memory (rarely) serves me, on both occaisions, the culprit was in
the power supply.. Just running backups during both instances... Re:
another reply, Oh yes, I remember the "log books" (operator logs) along
with the FS equipment logs.. The operator logs usually contained the
more "colourful" entries......
