There is a shareware Windows application out there called WinImage
(winimg*.zip) that I have used to write out 1.4 MB Macintosh disk images.
As my SE/30 has a problem that renders its disk drive read-only, this has
saved me on a number of occasions.

I can't remember offhand where I found it, but a web search should be
sufficient to locate it again.
