Nice... I want one, but can never find one at anything resembling a

Okay, for TCP, you want a copy of Apple's MacTCP (last version was 2.0.6).
For a PPP dialer, you want MacPPP, an older freeware product.
Three options on the web browser:
1. MacWeb (last version was 2.something)
2. NCSA Mosaic 1.X (2.x is not compatible)
3. MacLynx (text only)
MacLynx is the closest to state-of-the art (i.e., tables, frames).

The drive is SCSI, just an odd pinout. Try MicroMac (
http://www.micromac.com)
for a cable to use a regular drive. There's a pinout floating around on
the Web, if you prefer to roll your own.
