Not to beat a dead horse or anything....
Does anybody know where I can find a copy of David Hyatt's 1970
microprocessor patent? (This is the one that was thrown out after TI and
Intel took him to court in 1996).
Some related patents of interest:
Gary Boone of TI, filed Aug 1971
http://www.patents.ibm.com/details?&patent_number=3757306
Ulbe Faber of Burroughs, filed Nov 1972
http://www.patents.ibm.com/details?&patent_number=3878514
Ted Hoff of Intel, filed Jan 1973
http://www.patents.ibm.com/details?&patent_number=3821715
The Intel patent includes scans of the original docs.
