MicroVax 2000 external hard drive question

Hi all,

I recently acquired a uVAX 2000, external hard drive box, and
external TK50 box.

Is there anything special about the cable between the two?
Does anyone have a spare they would be willing to part with?
The uVAX 2000 has a single RD54 in it (semi-dead). Is there
anything that has to be done to disable the internal RD54
and run with the external RD54 only?
