First you should have this up on PORT-VAX a NetBSD list as they are
concerned with this.

Its saying VMB failed, likely because of wrong image to load or no image
loaded.

There is very little to configuting them other than to make sure they are
plugged in right and the AUI/10B2 switch is in the correct position.
