Look at the back of the BA-11, on the DEC label. It's very likely you have indeed MK11's.

I ran my 11/70 of a single 16A 220V outlet without problems, ofcourse I only have 6 memory boards in the MK11.

If you want to save on power usage, remove some of the MK11 256K boards, the 11/70 will be still be happy with "only" 1MB of RAM.
