Who was first with ^Z^X^C^V editing shortcuts?

     I am thinking of pre-Mac Apple. Any Apple /// and }{ users out there
to comment on that? Open or closed apple keys might have been combined
with ZXCV in some programs. I never used these machines so I don't know
what software writers did on the user interface.
