Yes, I have one...

I don't know how many were made -- they were used by a demo
application which ran on MicroPower/Pascal (I was part of the
RT-11 development group at the time, and was in contact with
the guys working on it -- even helped a little)

Unfortunately, I don't have any hardware programming information
for it at this point and I also don't have sources for the
demo... If you find someone with programming info about it, I
would be very interested as I'd like to do something for it
under RT-11...
