Plus HardCard II

I'm looking for a copy of the setup/install disk for a Plus HardCard II
(80 MB if it makes a difference) or at least 'atdoshc2.sys' so I can use
one of these two hardcards I've got in a system.

'atdoshc2.sys' no longer seems available from Quantum's site.

Can anybody help?
