Plus HardCard II

Is this a HardCard usable for PC-XT type systems?

If so you can lowlevel reformat the HD with a Debug command
PC-XT type HD-controllers had a Extended-BIOS rom that
usually resided at segment &HC800. The starting adres
of the utility was offset &H0005. In debug just jump there
and the uility will start.
