If you want thin coax, 10b2 AAUI, those are cheap, not as cheap as 10b2
nubus cards, but ala $5 each plus shipping. I have some very good deals on
10b5 vampire taps too.

Not very common at all, but I have them, AAUI to both 10bt and 10b2 (no I
don't think you can use both at once).
